Breathwork & Birth Breathing Sessions
If you are feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, sad, panicky, unable to sleep or just generally out of balance knowing how to breathe properly will really help you to feel more calm and in control of yourself and your life.
I am certified by YogaBody™ and teach several kinds of breathing techniques to help you:
manage stress
improve sleep
balance your nervous system
improve your digestion
become more focused & energised
If you are pregnant…
I am certified by KG Hypnobirthing & Wise Hippo Hypnobirthing and teach specific birth breathing techniques for:
a more comfortable labour
breathing your baby out without hurting your perineum
a calm & relaxed pregnancy
How a session works
I offer one-off sessions and also a discounted package of 4 sessions. This is particularly recommended if you have more chronic stress or sleep-related issues to heal.
A session lasts an hour and can be done via Zoom or you can come to my home on the Isle of Wight. During your session, I encourage you to have a glass of water, a tissue for blowing your nose (if needed), and somewhere comfortable to sit.
*I also recommend getting a notebook or journal for writing reflective notes after your session/s and to assist you in your self-discovery.
I provide info sheets via a downloadable PDF to help you practice the techniques.
