Heal Your Birth (formally Matrix Birth Reimprinting) is a wonderful, gentle Energy Psychology technique created by Sharon King, who also trained me as a practitioner. It is based on EFT & Matrix Reimprinting principles but goes far deeper because this technique helps you to go back to the womb and pre-birth consciousness to release stuck energy and change the core beliefs which have deeply influenced your life.
This technique is equally as effective in healing the birth of your child if you felt it was traumatic or you have suffered from any kind of bonding issues or PTSD as a result of giving birth.

Have you no idea why you have always felt a certain way? Maybe you don’t think you belong or you have difficulty bonding with others or fitting in. Or do you have a history of addiction and don’t know why? Well, more and more evidence is proving that it could be because of how you were born.
We each have our own story of how we were born into this world and just because we don’t remember it consciously it still happened to us. Our amazing subconscious mind has picked up every sensory detail of every single thing that has ever happened to us since we were a tiny foetus in our mother’s (in fact our grandmother’s womb) and made us who we are today.
Heal Your Birth techniques work with memories that are pre-conscious - stemming from conception, life in utero, during our birth and in our very early months and years. Whatever happened in our immediate environment during those times will have impacted our beliefs, thoughts and feelings and shaped our lives. This process allows you to re-discover what those core beliefs and experiences were and change them, so you can feel free to be the unique being you were born to be.
During a 90-minute session, I will gently ask you to tune into the emotional energy stored in your body and guide your subconscious mind to trace it back to where it started through accessing certain memories. In these old memories, you will see and work with your younger self (called ECHOS) so you can understand yourself better.
This is where life-changing healing takes place.
As your brain doesn’t know what is real or imagined we can use this knowledge to safely re-create or reimprint beautiful new memories that free you from difficult, emotional feelings that have been left behind from traumatic experiences in the past.
The results often astound me. Your unconscious knows where and what you need to heal. I am just the bridge to help you do that.
*Please note that in the case of your own Birth Reimprinting if there is a lot of energetic clearing to do before we get back to your birth we will not be able to complete the process in 1 session and will likely need to do further sessions, however, this will be discussed during your free 30-minute consultation.
