The fourth trimester or postpartum period focuses on the first 3 months after the birth of your baby. It is a time of great emotional & physical change as your baby adjusts to being outside the womb, and you adjust to your new life as a mother.
This 2 & 1/2 hour workshop will cover all the breastfeeding & recovery essentials you need, to support you to have a healthy and happy postpartum period.

How to protect your post birth bonding experience by setting boundaries
How to nourish, rest and heal your body after birth
Support to strengthen your mental & emotional health
