This is a short course delivered over 1 or 2 sessions for anyone who is short on time but would still like to get the benefits of Hypnobirthing for their birthing experience. You can have your sessions via Zoom, in the comfort of your own home or if you live on the Isle of Wight you can pop over to mine and I’ll look after you with tea and cake.
*Please note this course covers the basics only and does not include everything you would learn on a full course including; ante-natal information and a lot of fear release work, which is a big part of the learning experience. However, if you read a Hypnobirthing book alongside what you learn in your course, whilst also working on your daily relaxation you should have a good foundation of Hypnobirthing skills to use to birth your baby.

Understanding how your body works during labour and why you need the right hormone balance for a better birth
Breathing techniques to use throughout your labour and birth
Visualisation skills and birth affirmations to support you during your birthing journey
Relaxation techniques and Hypnobirthing MP3s (emailed upon payment)
Active birth positions and massage techniques to make labour and birth more comfortable
Support around how to create a tranquil space wherever you choose to give birth
How to stand up for the birth you want using the B.R.A.I.N. questioning technique
Deep hypnobirthing relaxations to release fears and put you in a confident, peaceful state of mind will be emailed to you as MP3s
A Hypnobirthing Handbook full of useful information, posters, check-lists and affirmations to support your practice will be sent to you as a downloadable PDF
On-going support via phone or email to answer any questions or concerns leading up to your baby's birth
